Led by a certified childbirth educator, this class is designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to navigate labor, delivery, the “golden hour” and recovery with ease. Through engaging discussions, hands-on practice and evidence-based information, you will learn about the stages of labor, comfort techniques, medical interventions and recovery care. Our goal is to empower you to make informed decisions and feel prepared for this exciting journey into parenthood.
